Delivery

Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. However, this may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Yes, we offer next-day delivery for select locations. Orders must be placed before the cutoff time to qualify. Same-day delivery is not available at this time.

You can change your delivery address before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to update your details.

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notification for re-delivery or direct you to a collection point.

Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You can view all available payment options at checkout.

Currently, we do not offer installment payments. However, we are working on adding flexible payment options in the future.

Payment may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or security restrictions from your bank. Please check your details or contact your bank for assistance.

Yes, we offer special discounts for bulk orders. Please contact our sales team for more details.

Your Oder

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through the courier’s website.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot add items. You would need to place a new order for additional items.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately with your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

“Processing” means your order is being prepared for shipment. You will receive a tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return costs.

Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible products. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.
